The machine structure is strengthened with same design of heavy duty cylindrical grinder. The enlarge hydrostatic wheel spindle construction could equip max. 125 mm width grinding wheel for plunge grinding application.
Advance the machine design structure. The lower center of gravity of the bed reinforces the machine rigidity.
The grinding wheel spindle with hydro-static bearing. No friction between metals, maximum wear resistance and enhance the lifetime.
The slide is widened and thickened designed with fully-closed hydrostatic. The maximum loading weight of the workpiece is 500KGS.
The X&Z axis strokes are increased to improve the grinding efficiency of the wheel.
