The internal grinder special model for bearing inner diameter & inner groove have the build-in type spincle to minimize the machine body size & floor space. The client could have the benefit of increasing factory space usage.
The bearing industry application to grind its ID and inner groove, plus its joint operation of workhead and loading & unloading system which makes cycle time shorter. An alternative automation system is adding the auto loading system such as vibration feeder.
High-speed grinding efficiency
The high-frequency grinding wheel spindle offers high-speed and stable running. The fixed side base of workhead allows the loading system to adjust easily. The X & Z axes use linear servo motors for the high-speed grinding purpose and shorten the cycle time. With the standard roller dressing device, it could serve better dressing accuracies. Also the optional CBN wheel for better grinding reault.
High accuracies
Machine equips with digital reaout on both axes which makes the super high accuracies is possible especially for the small & thin inner hole parts which ususally difficult to grind. Further, machine has electric workhead with large rotation and centerless supporter which helps the thin workpiece easily to chuck without defroming.
User-friendly
Palmary developed the PLC user-friendly control panel for easily operate in kinds of CNC controller. The client could choose the optional digital readout or in-process ID gauge for high accuracies grinding requirement.
